Probably the Strafer Mark 4. I don't remember the specs, but if it can shoot through a car door, its probably not going to be field legal.

The Kokosai "crime buster" can push over 900 with all sniperX upgrades at 120 psi
The Asahi m40, with the original flechette bbs with the spring assist trigger with the right psi could range in to the 800s
